The World Customer Forum was envisioned by WCES in the United States and presented to the world in its 1st version in Brazil. It is a strategic, must-attend meeting for professionals, companies and suppliers who work directly or indirectly with consumer relations.
Its construction and format are based on the same diplomatic principles of other large World Forums, including the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP) in Paris, the annual World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland and the UN Security Council in New York.
The first World Customer Forum organized by WCES was presented in Brazil by the U.S. Government, and the opening presentation was delivered by Sarah Cook, Commercial Consul from the United States Consulate in Brazil.

The United States Commercial Service in Brazil is pleased to bring to São Paulo the First World Economic Science Forum for the Customer, which seeks to certify the primary professionals both directly and indirectly involved in consumer science, and assist companies seeking practical understanding of customer behavior and the golden rules for implementing a good internal Customer Experience program.
All professionals will receive an Expert I Certificate certified by an authentic United States organization.
World Customer Economic Science (WCES) was inspired at Harvard University, Massachusetts, in 2015 and currently has its headquarters in the city of Orem, Utah, in the Western United States. Its mission is to elevate the careers of the nearly 2 million Brazilians who work in the most diverse Customer Experience functions in both domestic and multinational companies.
The United States Commercial Service takes pride in the WCES mission and presents Brazil with this forum which undoubtedly will be a hallmark in the lives of professionals and companies whose strategy is continuous improvement in the care of their customers.
